This tech tip is how to caption your videos professionally. When a video goes through Kaltura Mediaspace, it will have machine captions. These are not always 100%. If you want to ensure more accurate captions, then we can send the video out to be captioned professionally. Please create a JIRA ticket as follows:
1. Fill out a Create Video Caption Request form in JIRA
2. Follow the directions on the form to add a collaborator to the video:
3. If you have multiple videos, please list the title of each video on the ticket. This will save you time from entering multiple tickets.
4. When finished, click the Send button:
5. Please allow a week for videos to be captioned professionally
