Faculty can now request that their course sections be automatically combined using Course Merge Request located on the D2L Navigation bar:
When you click the Course Merge Request link, you will be directed to the following screen. Ensure your institution is selected and then click the My Courses button:
Locate your courses and check the ones you would like to merge:
Then at the bottom of the screen, click the Combine button:
Note: The section list first is called the base course. Course material that is in the base course will be copied to the merged course. Click the Push Pin icon to adjust:
Enter the word Merge in the textbox, then click the Merge button:
You will be taken to a screen confirmation and receive e-mail notifications when the courses have been merged.
