In the new quiz experience, the timing on new quizzes will default to “No Time Limit”. Along with this option, you have “Recommended Time Limit” and “Enforced Time Limit”.
Recommended Time Limit means that you can enter how many minutes students have to take the quiz.
Enforced Time limit means you can enter how many minutes students have to take the quiz and you can enter a grace period in minutes.
To adjust the timing on quizzes, please do the following:
1. Click the “Timing and Display” section of a quiz:
2. Click the “Manage Timing” link:
3. Select between No Time Limit, Recommended Time Limit, or Enforced Time Limit:
4. Once you’ve selected your option, click the “OK” button:
