This allows only students who have been granted a grade of Incomplete to have access to the course after the close date.
To request that a student be put into a course as a student incomplete, please submit a JIRA ticket to the Center for Teaching and Learning. The JIRA ticket should include the following information:
- The name of the student
- The name and section of the course
- The time frame in which the student should have access including the start and end date
If the access for the end date lands on a weekend or holiday, we will end access on the next work day.
We can be very flexible with this. If you need the student to have more time than originally anticipated, just update the JIRA ticket.
