Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl K For Inserting Hyperlinks into Text

This tech tip focuses on a keyboard short cut on how to quickly add a hyperlink to your text without having to go through the menu on the tool bar.

1. Highlight you’re the text you want as a hyperlink:

2. Press Ctrl K
3. The Insert Hyperlink dialog box will appear.
4. The highlight text for the hyperlink will appear in Text to display textbox
5. Paste the desired link in the Address textbox
