Creating a JIRA Request for the Center of Teaching and Learning

What is JIRA?

JIRA is the Project Management system we use to organize your help requests, issues with D2L BrightSpace and Academic Technologies.

Why should I create a JIRA ticket?

Creating a JIRA ticket helps to ensure your issues are promptly addressed.  This process is the most efficient means of keeping you informed of the status of your request(s).

Please note: We continue to address requests made via email.  However, placing a request in JIRA prevents the chances of your request getting overlooked when we have a heavy workload.
