Tech Tip: Changes to Intelligent Agents

This tech tip covers upcoming changes to Intelligent Agents that will. occur on Thursday, April 21.  The changes include: 

  • The placement for scheduling a new intelligent agent is now in the second section, rather than step 3

  • Scheduling, Criteria, and Actions can now be collapsed and expanded by clicking the drop-down arrows


  • One-Time runs can be scheduled with a date and time 

  • Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annually runs can be scheduled
    • Use the drop-down arrow to select the frequency of the intelligent agent
    • Fill out the fields that appear after you have selected the frequency

  • 128 characters can now be entered in the message subject line (up from 100 characters).
