Pronouns may now be set to appear on user profile cards in Discussions and Assignment Submissions. Personal pronouns do not appear in other Brightspace tools, such as the Classlist or Grades. When you or your students want to communicate with other member of the class, you will now know how to address students by their preferred pronouns.
1. Click on your name in the right corner of the screen, then click on Account Settings: 
2. Under Account Settings > Pronouns >
Check the box next to Allow others to see my pronouns > Check ‘Use different pronouns‘ > type your pronouns in the box:
3. Click Save and Close:
